A Smoothie & Juice cleanse includes a 16 ounce nut milk smoothie with plant based protein, probiotics and adaptogens, half gallon of fresh, organic, cold pressed juice, Ayurvedic herbs, Abhyanga oil & turmeric
— FOOD & JUICE —
A Food & Juice cleanse is a half gallon of fresh, organic cold pressed juice, Ayurvedic herbs, Abhyanga oil, turmeric, warm vegetable broth and a jar of organic local greens with fresh veggies, seeds & lemon vinaigrette
